Our Services
Christina Levi Acupuncture, PLLC offers a wide range of integrative healing and wellness services, including but not limited to:

All services are provided by licensed and certified professionals and are customized to support your unique wellness needs.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on treatments, deposits, or packages. However, client satisfaction is a priority, and we will make every effort to address your concerns.
Appointments & Booking
Appointments must be scheduled in advance through Jane App, by phone, or email. A valid credit card is required to hold your appointment.
- New Clients: Must complete intake and consent paperwork a minimum of 12 hours before their first visit.
- Late Arrivals: Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will be shortened or rescheduled at the provider’s discretion.
- No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full session fee.
Cancellation Policy:
We value your time and ours, and appointment times are reserved especially for you.
- We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
- We understand that true emergencies happen. In those rare cases, rescheduling will be handled with compassion and assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Medical & Safety Guidelines
Your safety is our priority. Please disclose any relevant medical history, allergies, medications, pregnancy, or other health concerns prior to treatment. Certain services may be contraindicated based on your health status. Christina Levi Acupuncture, PLLC reserves the right to decline services if medically unsafe.
Client Conduct & Confidentiality
We maintain a professional, inclusive, and respectful environment. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or policy violations may result in immediate termination of services.
All client information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with HIPAA and professional standards.
Text Messaging & Communication
We offer text communication as a convenient option for scheduling, appointment reminders, and occasional updates about our services.
- Text messages are used strictly for administrative and informational purposes.
- We do not sell or share your phone number or text communication data with any third-party vendors or marketers.

Emergency Policy
Christina Levi Acupuncture, PLLC does not provide emergency medical services.
- For urgent medical needs, call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room or urgent care clinic for non-life-threatening emergencies.
